Fixed a few inaccuracies and rewrote the POV section on the 2002 election. Dessie Ellis did not "lose" the seat to Róisín Shortall, as he did not hold it. Furthermore, it made it sound as though some injustice had been done because he had more first-preference votes than Shortall, but that's simply the way transfers work. (See Irish presidential election, 1990 for a great example!).-- Dub8lad1 16:38, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
It says that Ellis was "preceded by" Noel Ahern, however Ahern did not run in the 2011 election. Pat Carey of FF did run and lost the seat which he held since 1997. -- Domer48 'fenian' 13:54, 16 March 2011 (UTC)
