I have not used name suffixes, i.e. Jr., because to the best of my knowledge the Pitcairners did not use them and they contribute little if anything to clarity.

Separating the descendants into generations will become problematic. Moses Young belongs to the 2nd Generation through his father and to the 3rd Generation through his mother. Such instances will increase from the 3rd Gen. on.

In the list of 1930s Pitcairn residents, one is written to be a grandson of a whaler, but presumably said resident had other grandparents descended from the 9 mutineers .
