It's a bit of a dictionary definition as it covers why he is Wikipedia notable, which is fine for a stub. The article could go more into his background, more of a biography: like his hometown, family, education, when he decided he wanted to be a chef or food person, his first jobs, what made him ascend to become the executive for the business. It can also discuss his national notability coverage. What makes him not
WP:LOWPROFILE? Has he appeared on talk shows as a regular food correspondent, or have his own food show? Any awards? Also show how Wicked Healthy is a notable food blog.

Thanks. I'm just not sure much of that information is available online, there's it seems difficult to expand the article. Wrt low-profile, the article already covers that he has done scheduled interviews, self-publicity activities, etc. I guess it doesn't say those things explicitly, but I haven't seen any articles that explicitly make the case for high-profile.
