This article needs something on financial viability. Are any of these schemes successes, or are they just experiments which need masses of public funding support to continue? Deipnosophista ( talk) 12:00, 3 December 2020 (UTC)
I tried to add the following line under the section for New York State, USA. Unfortunately, my edit would not be saved because of some filter. I think my edit is reasonable. Could someone with elevated permissions please add this?
