I've temporarily removed the following text from the History section, pending verification:

"A nearby BC Hydro plant on Coquitlam Lake brought in workers and families."

I couldn't find any mention of this in the BC Hydro historical info online, nor in any Deep Cove historical data. It seems to me that workers would be more likely to stay in Deep Cove if they were working on the power plants up Indian Arm, which are fed by water from Buntzen Lake. Are these what the editor was referring to? -- Ckatz chat spy 04:45, 30 July 2006 (UTC) reply

"Entrepreneur Jordan Welsh was raised in Deep Cove. After starting an extremly successful used car dealership in Vancouver, he retuned to the Cove purchasig a house on Stonehaven Avenue. The puchase raised quite a stir when they found their building permit application required they be connected to the district sanitary sewer system. They had previously used septic tanks."
