An IP editor has added text a few times saying something like The 'Player Referral' concept was conceived by lawyer Senaka Weeraratna from Sri Lanka
and backs it up by adding various sources including a copy of a letter to a newspaper. I've reverted in a
WP:BRD manner
A few questions about this to get a discussion going:

Decision Review System – Decision Review System, or DRS, is the clear
WP:COMMONNAME, nobody refers to it as UDRS anymore. It's also the name used by the
ICC.

It says umpires must give a soft signal, this is untrue as of May
