Referencing issue

@ DBD: this article has a referencing error because it contains the wiki code <ref name="whi-ins" />. Problem is, the reference anchor "whi-ins" isn't defined anywhere in the article. Thus, the references section of the article renders with text that says "Cite error: The named reference whi-ins was invoked but never defined (see the help page)."

I'm trying to remedy this error. You reverted my fix, which causes the error to re-appear, and the undefined citation to be placed back into the text. Is there a reason that you want the error message and the undefined reference to remain in the article? --
