A citation may be required seeming as this subject was started too soon after Daz won the BBC's Making Your Mind Up show. In which case, the Biography may be a direct duplicate from an external source. This matter has been resolved by deletion
The copyright issue has been resolved. Current information is minimal and therefore not duplicated.
Misunderstanding about the copyright article still being kept in History page. This I had forgotten about and I apologise for removing the copyright violation.
Yes, yes, some people thinks he looks like Ian Huntley. Well done for noticing. Now please stop vandalising the page or provide a reference for his alledgedly being cast as in a TV show as Huntley. Thank you. -- Stenun 20:33, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
Actually, I would like to know more about the connection between Sampson and Huntley. How does b3ta.com fit in?
Daz might have been photoshopped a few times on that site...
also the few b3tan who have shopped images are not the reflection of b3ta owners and would like to inorm you we do not condone the vandalism of this site but on that note we do see a worrying link between this issue now that we do it is a good idea to address it
SICKIPIDEA
but he is not a nonce KEN HOM IS, like ian and daz
I can't see how stating the fact that his web forum has been taken down due to it being full of accusations of him being a kiddy fiddler is vandalism. It's a fact, obviously a lot of people object to him cavorting with tarty schoolgirls in his eurovideo and feel he looks very much like 'a poor man's Ian Huntley.
Is Ian Huntley the rich man's Ian Huntley then? Cor, I'm going to buy one.
Stenum, ur Huntley/Sampson's fan boy. Why are you cvvering up the awful truth? A convicted paedomurdererist on the Eurotunnel Contest! (his screws are with him even at eurovision)
which makes your homosexuality seem more likely -- Stenunisghey
Note: the user that supposedly signed those comments, User:Quo, has no contributions. Those edits came from an IP address. -- Darth Deskana (talk page) 18:24, 27 April 2006 (UTC)
I don't understand why this is so controversial. Look at this year's Finnish entry - Lordi! Just because Sampson happens to look exactly like Ian Huntley and appears in his video cavorting with semi-clothed schoolgirls. At least he doesn't appear in a bathroom with them! - J.A. Rank
Any mentio of his age? He claims to be 32 but looks nearer 40.
Does anyone know what his real name is? I doubt that 'Daz' is what's on his passport . . . ;) Dbratton 23:00, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
Thank you to the editor who has actually provided sources for the modifications that s/he made, they improve the quality of the article immesurably. However given that one of the quotes was potentially inflammatory and unsourced, I have taken it out for now. But if you can find a link to the article in question (or even any other article with similar sentiments) please feel free to put it back in and source it. -- Stenun 13:12, 12 May 2006 (UTC)
I'm protecting this page again, given the near-constant pointless juvenile edits that are being made by anonymous users. Hopefully the vandalism will taper off after Eurovision on the 20th of May. Dbratton 13:19, 16 May 2006 (UTC)
Well, I'm getting sick of people trolling about this whole "Ian Huntley" issue. -- Lord Deskana Dark Lord of the Sith 18:00, 16 May 2006 (UTC)
Is the Huntley/b3ta thing not now noteworthy in its own right, though? It is a fact that it has happened, and not including it is possibly censorship of "unkind" truths. As long as it in NPOV, I think it could well deserve a mention 86.131.204.221 12:04, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
Still not totally clear why the whole b3ta incident is not allowed to be mentioned. Please note I have not once edited the actual article, and so have not been involved in any vandalism, but I do think that for a lot of people b3ta is an important part of Daz's Eurovision story. The recent addition saying that the claims of inappropriateness in his under-age schoolgirl dancers from the b3ta community was deemed irrelevant. Why? This is a website of some importance to many people, and have been vocal in their criticism. 86.131.204.221 16:01, 21 May 2006 (UTC)
The chart success is too over blown for a single that only made #12 in the sales charts. No need for it to be mentioned twice in long form. Also, the source that says he could have been responsible for the 10% growth in viewership is HIS OWN SITE. Cite another source that says the 10% growth is possibly due to him. It's highly doubtful. Did the viewing figures for Eurovision stay stagnant for years on end, then he came in and upped it 10% or do they go up and down every year depending on what people are doing at the time? His own website, which is made for the purpose of promoting him, is not enough for such a claim of success. 74.65.39.59 02:54, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
It is not accruate. While the current source confirms the viewing figures it makes no mention of Daz at all in any way being responsible to the increased figures, infact it credits a lot of the increasd figures on people switiching over after the princes trust concert, clearly nothing to do with Daz at all and it should be noted!! 74.65.39.59 17:31, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
Interesting that another of his creations "Spacekats" whose music was featured in In the Groove seems to have disappeared. I wonder if it has anything to do with his brand new song Teenage Life being a bad ripoff of his older song ( IMO) Teenage Life under the Spacekats name Xchbla423 05:31, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
No way! What is the source? Eurovision entries don't become hits anymore in the Netherlands these days, except sometimes winners and our own entries. Not British entries that only ended #16. Dinsdagskind 23:05, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
I say tyhat the equal point position has only been settled on alphabetical term which is not correct. Where as the official rules regarding a tie-break state that the number of 12 points given to a country shall break the deadlock and as the UK got one set of 12 points (from malta) and France recieved zero twelve point scores the UK by the letter of the rules came 22nd not 23rd.-- Lucy-marie 14:37, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
In this edit we say that Daz Sampson looks like a mass murderer. The comment is sourced to a blog site called www.hecklerspray.com. Any thoughts on this? Is it relevant if the guy looks like a mass murderer? (Half the people on the street do! Is the HecklerSpray website a reliable source? Lester 06:01, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
On this article it states...
"The accompanying dance routine involved 4 young women dressed as schoolgirls,"

Somewhere he watched an interview and he said were aged 16 and 17 before eurovision. but i cant find it.
Just think it needs investigating.
