Career section edit requested

I would like to request removal of the phrase "which discriminate against older white men," from the second paragraph in this section as it appears to be an opinion not supported by the cited source. I would remove it myself but I work for the Academy and did not want to violate the conflict of interest policy. I would very much appreciate a neutral editor investigating and determining whether this phrase violates Wikipedia's NPOV policy.
