When this article was started, there was info on the BBC's website. The information from the BBC's website was used to write the initial article. Alas, this information has now disappeared. I cannot find anything else at present. Perhaps there is something in the Directory of National Bibliography (Biography?). Unfortunately, I do not have access to the latter at the moment.
