Is the correct name David Theile or David Thiele? Online references seem to be split. The ABC Olympic history even manages one spelling for the 1956 and 1960 Olympics, and the other for the Olympic swimming page! -- Scott Davis Talk 06:44, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
