It is widely accepted within the poker community that Rheem is a serial scam artist and has scammed many fellow poker professionals out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
This should be added to his wiki page as it is now such common accepted knowledge. — Preceding

Your definition of "widely accepted within the poker community" being "2+2 is talking about it." See
Wikipedia:Libel for the reason why such comments are against Wikipedia policy.

A third party reliable source has reported on the story, PokerNews.com has written about the debt issue twice,
here and to a greater extent
here ,
WP:V says "The threshold for inclusion in Wikipedia is verifiability, not truth—whether readers can check that material in Wikipedia has already been published by a reliable source, not whether editors think it is true" but should be written in a Neutral point of view , see
WP:NPOV and with
WP:BLP style see
WP:BLPSTYLE. If the pokernews reports are used, the language must be done carefully, what was said came from a PokerNews report and not just an
WP:OR interpretation.
I must ask are there any disagreement that the PokerNews reports can be used? ▪◦▪

I can't see any reason to fault such a mention after having seen actual publications; the article itself would likely need to have its structure altered (That is, given a structure) so that all of the info can be laid out easier. And
WP:NPOV taken into consideration, of course.
