It's noteworthy that the administrators have referred the case to the "Contentious Insolvency Division" & "Financial Conduct Authority" as result of preliminary investigations into how the directors managed the company.
Contentious insolvency issues can be across the spectrum of: wrongful trading; preferential creditor treatment; and transactions at undervalue - all of which are extremely serious matters, to the extent that Directors can become personally liable for debt, or indeed for criminal culpability.
The total number of investors/creditors total now well in excess of GBP 100mm owed by the company, and shareholders are projected to get nothing. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 37.223.115.58 ( talk) 22:23, 24 March 2022 (UTC)

Mr. Lenigas would like changes to his Wikipedia page. Please replace the first paragraph and the sources with this updated one:
David Anthony Lenigas (born 1961, Adelaide, South Australia) is a qualified Mining Engineer with a Western Australian First Class Mine Managers Certificate. [1] He has extensive corporate experience at Chairman [2] [3] and CEO levels on many of the world’s leading stock exchanges. [4] [5] [6] Lenigas was appointed Chairman of NQ Minerals Plc [7] on October 19, 2019 [2] [8] [9].
In the second paragraph please delete the last sentence. It’s in the new paragraph.
After the first two paragraphs create a new title/header: Career
Make this the paragraph and sources in Career:
Since October 2019 Lenigas holds the position of chairman of NQ Minerals [2] [3], an Australian-based mining company which commenced base metal and precious metal production in 2018 at its flagship Hellyer Gold Mine in Tasmania. [7] Lenigas orchestrated the agreement for NQ Minerals to buy the Beaconsfield Gold Mine in Tasmania on February 21, 2020 [10] [11]. On December 1, 2020, Lenigas worked with ING Bank to sign a US$55 million loan facility for NQ Minerals. [12] [13]

hello User:Praxidicae a couple of things... you reverted my edit in relation to both the quantum of the company's (NQ minerals) net debt, and the fact they had brought forensic investigators in to assess whether the debts were higher than previously reported. Both of these facts were taken verbatim from the administrator/joint liquidator themselves, as found within their statutory report, a facsimile copy of which is by law required to be filed at companies house (which was the source provided).
... and secondly the intent behind the edit is that to the random reader of this wikipage it is quite misleading. By mentioning that the subject was the (executive) chairman of NQ Minerals and also crediting the lifeline debt financing to his business acumen - but without also mentioning the company's rather severe insolvency (over GBP100 million), serves only but to mislead the reader in the extreme.
