Would "David Demarest (former White House Communications Director)" be better than current "David Demarest (politician)"? I chose the latter when setting up disambiguation page David Demarest to cover 2 other notables of the same name. But "politician" doesn't seem to apply perfectly. Or "Republican operative"?
