This article has been checked against the following criteria for B-class status:
A fine start for an article, though the introduction makes him out to be quite the hero, and doesn't quite represent a
neutral point of view. To say he's "talented and experienced" may be true, but then, talent is hard to measure and can only be judged subjectively. The quote from Wellington likewise makes for excellent writing and imparts a wonderful feeling of heroism, patriotism, and nationalism into the spirit of the writing - but again, that's not quite the neutral and objective position an encyclopedia should take... Just my two cents, really.
