Strength of Evidence

The article had stated that there was no evidence connecting this individual to the Avianca flight 203 bombing. However, Muñoz Mosquera was convicted in a court of law. So, I have changed the article to state that some people (such the author of the previous version of the article) dispute the evidence, rather than a subjective assertion that there was no evidence connecting him to the bombing.
