At least one of the musicians mentioned in the article, Frank Gibson Jr, was a highly sought-after session musician working in the UK in the late 70s. He worked with Morrissey - Mullen before being "spotted" by Leo Sayer and joining him on a world tour. He also appears on a Rick Wakeman album Rhapsodies (album). I don't have access to more info. just now, but the essential thing here is that even though the article in question is certainly lacking in many ways, it is no more so than a multitude of other articles on wikipedia which are simple PR stunts by "name" bands/performers and which nobody dares touch for fear of starting WW3. (I don't dare mention any names!)
The fact that NZ is a small community and probably has a much smaller music scene than other English-speaking countries does not warrant its bands/performers being "marginated" by the great, wiser wikicommunity ... does it? Cheers! -- Technopat 22:37, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
Have just come across a reference to Papirany on the All About Jazz web site, and added external link [1]. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Technopat ( talk • contribs) 20:39, 22 February 2007 (UTC). Sorry! -- Technopat 20:41, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
