I started this page mainly because it was dominating the "Cynthia McKinney" page. As she was exonerated of any wrongdoing in this incident, it seemed unsuitable that all the details should occupy so much space on her biography page. Out of respect for those who had gone to the trouble of posting information about the incident, it seemed the best thing to do would be to give it its own page. I'm happy to work with you on improving it. âPreceding unsigned comment added by Rpoth ( talk ⢠contribs) 08:01, 24 February 2008 (UTC)

Here is a link to her election campaign. [1] -- 216.229.227.141 ( talk) 14:00, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
"The police report states that she struck him "with a closed fist," with no mention of a cell phone" why is this here? there's no other mention of a cell phone in the piece. 216.98.233.245 ( talk) 07:59, 7 July 2008 (UTC)
The newspaper source stated: "Although previous reports alleged that McKinney hit the officer with a cell phone, that is not mentioned in the police report." That is irrelevant to the Wikipedia article, so I am removing the clause about the cell phone. David Couch ( talk) 05:47, 5 July 2009 (UTC)
