Elsebaey leading the informatics decision of GID, defended a crucial cyberattack in cyber warfare history, with his well generated optimum system, which he did supervise personally with support of some leads in cyber security all over the world as noted by Reuters. Elhamy Elsebaey is a very well known name in GIS, leading the cybersecurity and technology devision in the Egyptian army, Yet, very few information about him to media for confidentiality and security purpose as noted by GID website.
