Re (Currimbhoy Ebrahim was an Indian Muslim, created a baronet in 1911 by the Currimbhoy Ebrahim Baronetcy Act) I'm dubious about the implication of the wording. He was created a baronet in the normal way [1] (1910), but the act in council (of 1911) seems to have been to create a trust to support the dignity vide [2] The same is presumably true of the Cowasji Jehangir Baronetcy Act though I have not checked.
