Whether your (sic) are traveling to Philadelphia for the weekend or you've lived here all of your life, this site has your inside scoop on Philadelphia..." What we have here is a WP:COI self-promotion. That's a no-no. The blog is nice, but it would have to be absolutely stupendous to overcome the problems we have here. It's just an average blog. And for review: (1) blogs aren't considered to be reliable sources in average cases and (2) don't post links to your own blog on Wikipedia, please. In short, Medvedenko is right on both counts.
