Oldest library?

The description of File:Anton Qeta Library in Ferizaj.jpg is "The first Library (sic) in Ferizaj", and the description of File:Sadik Tafarshiku Library in Ferizaj.jpg is "Oldest library in Ferizaj" (the same thing). Both were uploaded by Diamanthetemi, who has not edited here since early 2014. Which library is the oldest? Mini apolis 20:36, 18 January 2017 (UTC) reply
