building at 730 Fifth Avenue, on the southwest corner with 57th Street probably should change "with" to "of"
while the upper levels were converted to the luxury Aman i'd recommend changing to "while the upper levels became the luxury Aman"
The structure is a New York City designated landmark since 2024. ==> "The structure has been a New York City-designated landmark since 2024."
The building's stepped, setback design was remove the comma
