There are a number of notable British recipients of the Cross - such as former Prime Ministers Balfour, Churchill and Lloyd-George - listed in the page who do not appear to have been acknowledged as holding the Cross in British biographical reference books. Dates of award would be a more authenticating addition to the text if they can be found.

Note - this was written before I discovered the linked website which gives dates of awards of all recipients, including those listed in the page. The text is entirely in Estonian.
