Hi there, I'm leaving a note that over the next couple of weeks I will be working on expanding and redeveloping this article. As with similar projects, I'll work up a new version in my userspace based on this text but significantly expanded and with new sources before copying it here. If anyone has any comments or suggestions please leave them here or on my talk and I'd be happy to discuss. Best regards--

However I am now finally putting the finishing touches to this article and will upload it in a couple of days if there are no objections (i note there have been no edits to this page in nearly two years). I don't know how long I'll be around on wikipedia this time before real life closes over me once more, but I will definitely get this one finished! Best--
