Since the MPR News article indicates that "county officials improved the road" in the early 1890s, does that make for the date (circa) it was established? I doubt it was "County Road 12" at the time, but it would seem that it became a county-maintained road at that point. -- Sable232 ( talk) 01:33, 20 September 2018 (UTC) reply
