I'm not sure why the anonymous editor (IP) removed the coding for the notes and reference footnotes to add the following (slightly mal-formed) reference: [1]. If the reference is restored, it should be formatted as thus: [2] to match the other citations used in the article, to correctly note the name of the newspaper and to corrently state the date of publication. It should also be used to reference some addition to the article and not just appear randomly at the bottom.
