Hoax?
I've tagged the article with the {{hoax}} tag. There are no references in the article, there was only an EL to some German language blog that misidentifies the French Alsatex back pack teargas dispenser as a flamethrower 40. The blogs cites a PDF file as a source but provides only a dead link. Anyone have any sources for the existence of this weapon?
