On 3 October, I saw that only 63 parties were named as parties to the Convention. I therefore replaced that list with the list on the Treaty Collection page, which claims that there are 83 parties, but lists 88 (including the Holy See). I have NOT: (1) examined the Treaty Collection list to distinguish between types of parties; (2) updated the 'categories' at the bottom of the page; or (3) updated the map of parties at the top of the page. I welcome correction if I have made any errors: I do not know about the treaty, and have just performed a technical edit.
