I feel like we need to change this to contextualization (missionary), and include both missiological things, and also biblical translation. This is a great topic and deserves a lot more attention.

However, the challenge here is that "contextualizing theology," as coined by Coe, was not meant to be a missionary activity. It was what locals do for their own theology. It may include an evangelistic or biblical translation aspect, but this is not central to it. --
