Ooops ! Cut & paste.

I'm not sure if the following is acceptable: "It is also home to a museum of the famous population-controlling devices!". It is humourous and it made me smile but I feel it's not up to standard for an encyclopaedia; for example the explanation mark and most importantly a condom being described as a population-controlling device.
