Need for 3rd party reliable sources to establish notability; also Status
The references in this article are almost entirely primary sources; the exceptions are a couple of directory listings. These fall short of establishing Notability. I also edited out the description of this organisation as a University; I may be missing some nuance of word usage in the USA but its description as "Nondegree-granting, sub-baccalaureate" seems to make the term inappropriate and potentially misleading.

The
Wikimedia Foundation's
Terms of Use require that editors disclose their "employer, client, and affiliation" with respect to any paid contribution; see
WP:PAID. For advice about reviewing paid contributions, see
WP:COIRESPONSE.
I believe the school no longer has accreditation and is no longer authorized (under Federal Law) to enroll non immigrant F-1 and M-1 students (among other things), contrary to what it says in the article. Can anyone verify? — Preceding
