No image. QPQ completed. Recently 5X expanded. Earwig shows "violation unlikely" at 7.4 percent. Inline cited to an article hosted at the
Institute for the Study of Totalitarian Regimes which is RS for the purposes of this article; I read passable enough Czech that I can affirm the contents of the article. Article is NPOV and hook is interesting. Everything else looks good!
