"Oliver Stillers adapter" is mentioned at [1], but this appears as uncertain second hand information and could be erroneous... I have not been able to find any other information on this adapter. There are much online information on Oliver Stiller's contribution to the Commodore scene, bu no (other) mention on an adapter.
