I made a few edits to the opening sentence. I tried to succinctly clarify that the title has "metro area" but the article is about the (more specific/technical) MSA. The bold title-reference needed to match, but MSA needed a link. "alyosha" (talk) 00:56, 8 November 2012 (UTC)
