Lewis and Clark measurement

The referenced book 0-8032-6434-8 contains a table of different Falls measurements:

Great Falls 87 feet, 3/4 inches
Crooked Falls 19 feet
Rainbow Falls 47 feet, 6 inches
Colter Falls 6 feet, 7 inches
Black Eagle Falls 26 feet, 5 inches

I removed the statement that Lewis and Clark measured Colter Falls to be 6 feet 7 inches because it is not clear to me that the book claims they made these measurements. The names used in the table are names later given to the falls, and I doubt they measured the falls to quarter inch precision. I can't find where the book states where these measurements come from.
