I very much doubt there can be runway landing lights on Coleby church tower. Firstly the church is too far from the runway threshhold and secondly it is not even in direct line with the runway - although it is close enough to the normal flightpath to be a hazard ... and may bear a high building warning/flashing lamp. This needs clarification.
