I am proposing that this page be moved over to Coach gun, over the redirect, to conform with the consensus that the second word be lowercase unless it is a proper noun.-- LWF ( talk) 16:53, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
People had been riding in coaches for centuries before the mid-1800's, this article seems to indicate that there was no need to defend oneself before that time. Surely, since the dawn of firearms, they have been used for defense on coaches.
