I'm not seeing anything in the sources that indicate that CloudLinux is based on CentOS rather than directly consuming RHEL SRPMS. I saw a statement from the CloudLinux CEO stating that they are not dependent on CentOS and that they depend directly on RHEL SRPMS. Do we have any evidence one way or another?
