The rainfall data given here for General Santos City seems to be completely wrong. Was it mislabeled, and intended to refer to a different place? The Wikipedia page for General Santos and the Philippine gov't climate page ( http://kidlat.pagasa.dost.gov.ph/cab/statfram.htm) both indicate a total annual rainfall of around one meter.
