There are already 13 road bridges over the River Forth - the page states this project is to build a third. (11 of the bridges are upstream of the existing Kincardine Bridge). This page possibly needs reworded to state that it is the third bridge downstream of Stirling, or the third bridge over the tidal stretch of the River.
