Where is there evidence that Barsetshire corresponds roughly with Dorset? Rwood128 ( talk) 10:48, 3 August 2012 (UTC) reply

Major Edit Notice

I recently edited this page as part of a University assignment. I was required to add 2000 words to this article that, at the time, was a stub. I have since added closer to 3000 words, and am very open to advice on how to improve it. In writing this page I have become passionate about Anthony Trollope and his Chronicles of Barsetshire, so really want to ensure this article is made as good as possible. In several places there is mention of Mrs Dunstable. Actually the heiress featured in Dr Thorne is unmarried and I assume continues so. I will come back and tidy this in a while when I have more time Catchsinger ( talk) 17:58, 16 February 2021 (UTC) reply

First TV?

Are you sure that the 1982 version was the earliest TV adaptation of the novels? I'm sure I can remember one from about 1969-72. Valetude ( talk) 23:55, 23 February 2022 (UTC) reply
