The Town page should only include information that pertains to the town. The Lake page should include information not covered by the Town page or any other pages, but with appropriate references to such pages. This enables future updates to be made only once to the correct page. Most of the Town page content belongs to the Lake page. Whoever is willing to sort out these pages should also check the accuracy of the information (some errors being obvious).
