ok this is subject to debate. First off, the remarks have eventually been declared non-homophobic and charges eventually dropped on 12 Nov. 2008. Second, the source quoted is a... gay magazine? Come one! Do you use Democrat publications to find quotes of Republicans? And third, he did not declare "homosexuals are a threat to the survival of humanity, and 'morally inferior' to heterosexuals". He said: « je n’ai pas dit que l’homosexualité était dangereuse. J’ai dit qu’elle était inférieure à l’hétérosexualité. Si on la poussait à l’universel, ce serait dangereux pour l’humanité […] » In other words: « I haven't said that homosexuality is dangerous. Is this person even notable? Not every politician is notable enough to have their own article, and this one comes close to being speedyable.
