Here are the facts:
I don't think this presents him in anything like a favourable light, so in an article that is replete with glowing references to his medical qualifications I thought it might be an important bit of balance. More importantly, it explains his frequent Parliamentary denunciations of the "thugs" who in his view apparently run doctors' unions in Queensland.
The best source on these incidents in the public domain is the Courier-Mail, the newspaper of record in Queensland. I'm sorry its state politics coverage is slanted towards the LNP but up here this is just what we live with. I don't have another source for this important fact. The reference can be rephrased if you think it sounds too favourable towards Rowan but the source has to stay, lest we be adding information without appropriate citations, unless you can find a better one.
