There is a good article in the NY Daily News today on Chip Taylor about his recent recording activities that also includes background information about his songwriting in the 1950's. The article is at: http://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/music/2011/07/06/2011-07-06_legendary_songwriter_chip_taylor_reflects_on_wild_thing_showcases_songs_from_roc.html?r=entertainment
I don't have time to incorporate it into the main article but the information is there for anyone who has time to update it.

Same Ol' Story charted peaking at #4 in the Netherlands in the 1st week of 1976, watch this link, even the album from which the song derived is mentioned. 83.85.143.141 ( talk) 17:24, 6 December 2016 (UTC)
