I've added in external links, a republished article from chinadialogue on allAfrica.com, a large and widely-respected African news portal, who credit chinadialogue as a news source. SL

• I removed that link because it was inaccessible without a subscription and doesn't really source anything. I removed several other links that were auxillary to Chinadialogue but do not actually reference it.
