I agree it should be replaced, but mainly because it is an old image and the masthead looks a little different now.
The only problem is, I don't know what sources I can use. I would assume it would have to come from Wikimedia commons, but I couldn't find any recent front pages there. I couldn't even find the one that is currently the sample front page. Is it okay to use a pic from say, Chicago Tribune's twitter account? They've got a great one there from July 2023 and is very Chicago oriented, so that's fitting.
Footnotes 12 & 21 seem to refer to a 1948 book by Cole, but the link is broken, and the name of the book appears missing. Does anyone know what this is?
