Ah, but "...the second oldest of several similar white horses to be seen around Wiltshire..." Uffington's in
Berkshire. But I agree we should work in the really old horse here somewhere.

...as with many quibbles, this one leaves the reader with a misleading image. Perhaps the wording could be improved. --

Found this on the front page with the black and white image pictured. Isn't the other picture more appropriate? the B&W seems to be an obvious facsimile and not of good quality (as typeface from the opposing page is visible.) --
