James J. Andrews was not a Civil War Union Army officer. As it states in the Wikipedia article found here ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Locomotive_Chase#Aftermath), he was a civilian. As a civilian he was not eligible to receive the Medal of Honor for his actions. His body may rest in this cemetery, but the information on this page should be corrected.
